By accessing and using the JD Scholarly Support website and services, you agree to the following terms:

• Services: JD Scholarly Support provides academic tutoring, conversational English lessons, and seasonal tennis lessons. Session availability, pricing, and structure are subject to change.

• Cancellations & Rescheduling: We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Missed sessions without proper notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• Payment: Payment is due within 2 weeks of the scheduled session unless otherwise arranged.

• Educational Support Disclaimer: Tutoring and lessons are intended to support learning but do not guarantee specific academic or athletic outcomes.

• Liability: While every effort is made to provide a safe and positive environment, participation in in-person sessions, including tennis lessons, is at your own risk. JD Scholarly Support cannot be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or personal losses that may occur.
